A Project & Program Director with over 25 years of achievement across Business, Nonprofit, Government, Legal, and Education sectors. She is the Executive Assistant/Administrator for the Commonwealth’s Attorney in Richmond, VA. Gwen holds a Master of Nonprofit Studies from the University of Richmond, a B.A. in Psychology from Pace University, and a Project Management Certificate from the Project Management Institute.

Regina A. Oyesanya
Regina has more than 15 years of experience in education. She has a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a certified medical technologist, a product of the George Washington University. She is currently an associate professor at Collin College in McKinney, TX, and teaches online medical laboratory technology courses at George Washington University.

Cynthia L. Alston
An experienced healthcare information technology analyst, and a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner. Cynthia is an entrepreneur and a Senior Application Analyst at C.A. Healthcare IT Consulting, as an independent contractor. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science from Pace University, an Executive Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Project Management Certificate from the Project Management Institute, and a Certificate in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth’s University.

Dr. Quincy L. Moore
Dr. Moore has served as the Vice President for student success initiatives at Palm Beach State College, in Florida and Rhodes State College in Ohio, and the Interim Vice President of Student Development at Pima Community College in Tucson, Arizona. He also served as the Dean of Undergraduate Studies and Student Support Services at West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and the Executive Director of the Academic Success Center & Assistant Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. Dr. Moore holds a B.A. in Business Administration, Sociology, and Psychology from Culver-Stockton College, an M.A. in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas, and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education from the University of Iowa. He is currently working on 2 books, The Disappearing Educated Black Male, a study on one hundred and twenty (120) Black males and their journey through higher education and Mentoring from a Conceptual Framework.

Patricia Michelsen-King
A Federally Certified Spanish interpreter who serves as a consultant to judiciaries throughout the country on the development of foreign language interpretation services. She is the Coordinator of the Spanish-English Translation Interpretation Certificate program at the Virginia Commonwealth University. She holds a M.A. in Education and Psychology from Aberdeen University, and a B.A. in English Literature and Secondary Education from Boston University.

Timothy Harris
A focused Life Coach, Speaker, Consultant, Certified Crisis Responder and Trainer, as well as a Certified Victim’s Advocate. Tim is also a retired police officer and retired Master Sergeant of the Virginia Army National Guard. Timothy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Dr. Jacqueline Johnson Wilson is an academic researcher and consultant whose professional focus includes teacher education, curriculum development, and specialized education planning with an emphasis on equitable access to quality schools, resources, and educators. Jacqueline holds a BS in business management and marketing and BA in psychology from Rutgers University. She earned a MA in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Union University and a PhD in Curriculum, Culture, and Change from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a local business owner, wife, and mother of six beautiful children.
